Retailer Return and Exchange Policy

 For our Consumers:  At RE Botanicals, we are dedicated to the success of our retail partners and the satisfaction of our consumers.  To that end, we support 30-day unconditional consumer satisfaction guarantee and offer full retail refund to retailers who execute those consumer refunds on our behalf.  Simply fill out our Consumer Product Return Form and submit it as instructed.  Be sure to include the consumer contact info and the reason for the return.  We will take care of the rest.

For our Retailer Customers:  We also understand that not all products sell well in all stores.  In addition to backing your consumer sales, RE Botanicals supports our retail partners in their efforts to have the best-selling products on shelf.  If at any time a particular REB product or products is not meeting velocity requirements, please contact your REB Sales rep and devise a custom promotional program to support awareness and trial.   

In the unlikely event that promotion does not help the product move, REB offers a product replacement policy.  We will replace any product returned in good, sellable condition within six months of the original purchase with items of equal or lesser value, chosen by the retailer. 

 

The Fine Print:  Please do not send product back to RE Botanicals unless explicitly directed to do so by an RE Botanicals employee.  Please don’t presume that any address posted anywhere is valid for product returns.  In the event that we ask for a product to be returned, you will receive explicit instructions on how and where to send the product.  Under no circumstances should product be returned to RE Botanicals without expressed, specific instructions to do so. 

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): 

  • Book or other printed material with obvious signs of use 
  • CD, DVD, software, video, or other digital media 
  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to an REB error 

 

Several types of goods are exempt from refund or exchange:   

  • Gift cards 
  • Downloadable software products 
  • Some health and personal care items
